Add 30 Yards To Your Drives

No matter what your current skill level, all golfers want to hit the ball a long way. In fact, many times trying to hit it too hard can get us into trouble! However, I am going to show you 3 tips that you can use to hit the ball farther without having to swing out of your shoes. You can add 30 yards to your drive fast, and start out driving all of your friends.

1. The first thing that you need is a powerful setup. This includes good posture, some knee flex, and you need to setup with a little more weight on your right foot. This will allow you to get behind the ball easier in the backswing, which is crucial to launch the ball a long way.

2. As I stated in the previous tip, you must get behind the ball. When you start your takeaway and reach the top of the backswing your back should be to the target, and your left shoulder should be completely under your chin. This means that you have made a full shoulder turn and are behind the ball the way you need to be in order to add 30 yards to your drive fast.

3. Do not make the swing too complicated. When you start thinking about positions in your golf swing then you start to tense up, and muscle tension will cost you yardage and make you look like a little boy or girl hitting the ball. What you want is a tension free swing, and the easiest way to do this is to make the golf swing as simple as possible.
